Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, processing times are not guaranteed and may change due to demand, inventory availability or shipping carrier delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, delivery address (zip/postal code), and chosen shipping method.
- Standard U.S. shipping: [your timeframe, e.g., 3–5 business days] after processing.
- Expedited shipping options (if offered): [e.g., 2–3 business days] after processing.
- International shipping (if applicable): Available to select countries. International orders may take additional time depending on customs, duties or local carrier handling.
3. Shipping Destinations & Address Accuracy
- We ship to physical street addresses within the United States.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate—including street number, unit/apt if applicable, city, state and ZIP code.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (unless specific shipping arrangements are communicated).
- If an address cannot be verified or is incomplete, your order may be delayed or cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You may track your package via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.
- Please note: once the package leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s possession, The Raw Outlet is no longer responsible for the shipment’s location or status.
5. Damage or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives with visible damage or tampering during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Retain all original packaging and contents for inspection.
- For lost shipments: If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, you must notify us promptly. Depending on the carrier’s investigation outcome, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Refunds may not be issued for product damage incurred during shipping unless noted; in many cases we will offer a replacement instead.
6. Cancellations & Returns Relating to Shipping
- If you request cancellation or attempt a charge-back after the order has shipped, The Raw Outlet reserves the right to refuse future orders, or to treat the request as a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Any shipping-related returns or exchanges must follow our Returns & Refund Policy (see separate document). Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times can vary significantly by destination, customs processing, and local carrier practices—The Raw Outlet is not responsible for delays due to customs or other third-party handling.
8. Address Verification & Fraud Prevention
- We may employ an address verification system and may contact you for additional verification before shipping high-value orders or when the shipping address appears unusual.
- If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours after our attempt, we may cancel and refund your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe fraudulent or abusive ordering activity is involved.
9. Changes to This Shipping Policy
- The Raw Outlet may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the effective date of any changes.
- Orders placed prior to the change will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
