Refund Policy
At The Raw Outlet, we care about your satisfaction above all else. When your order arrives, please check it carefully to make sure it’s in perfect condition. Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting sales@therawoutlet.com.
For damaged products, please include clear photos and a brief description so we can review your request for a replacement order.
Please note: refunds are not issued for products damaged during shipping.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a refund for the full purchase price of your product, minus shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from The Raw Outlet and must be requested within 3 days of receipt.
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
To start a return, email sales@therawoutlet.com with your order number, name, contact details, return shipping address, and reason for return.
